The pills are the only colourful thing so its almost like to the subject they're the cure, a good kind of medicine.
But then put back into the stark contrast of yourself in shadows and the flesh which you are showing (heh) : ]
It almost turns into a beautiful version of self-destruction instead.
almost like a warped reality....
but like I said, I dig too deep heh.
